She is awesome. Suzanne is blunt and tells you what she thinks and tries to meet you half way if you don’t want to try things her way. Suzanne gives you other ideas to help you get to your goal as well. Christy is awesome also.

I am consistently pleased with the care I receive from Dr Singh and his staff. They are pleasant and thorough. Dr Singh was also kind and thorough with my husband’s care. My husband died a few months ago but was able to remain home with my care and family support until his last 4 days. Dr Singh has been supportive of my grieving
One of his nurses previously recommended to another practice for some testing for some memory issues that concern me.
So, I feel thoroughly and professionally cared for!

I always recommend Northeast Medical. Dr. Singh is a great Dr. I feel comfortable with him, he listens to me and he explains things clearly with respect and dignity.
I don't like seeing his np Suzanne Thomas, I seen her yesterday only because I've been extremely sick and wanted to make sure I'm taking the right health steps to get better. She made inappropriate comments on regards to my benzodiapam medication dosage, a medication she doesn't prescribe me, she's in the past shared without me asking that a .25 alprazolam knocks her out. She made a comment saying my dosage was high and I'd have no problem sleeping. I stopped her and said we weren't going to have that discussion and that no my medication doesn't make me tired, sleepy or anything like that. She has zero information on my mental health treatment to make those comments, she didn't comment on my high dosage of my SNRI medication. There was no valid reason to randomly bring up my benzodiapam medication dosage in regards to my sick visit for chest pains and pneumonia.

My visit today with Suzanne Thomas at the Genesee location was extremely wonderful. She explained, apologized showed empathy and understood. She is truly a great person who has patience and listen to your concerns. The healthcare industry need a million more of her.

Anytime I see Sue she listens and doesn’t talk over you. She is thorough when she discusses any medical concerns or needs. Sue also doesn’t rush you out of the door. She is a great asset to the practice, it would not be the same without her.

Am already feeling some benefit from drug Dr. Singh prescribed for arthritus. Good Dr.
