Only reason I continue to come here, is because of Suzanne Thomas. She’s a very kind soul, and Northeast is very lucky to have a woman like that in practice with them, who actually cares about her patients and LISTENS. Im going through a traumatic experience and like every doctor ever she didn’t write it off as anxiety or depression, she just talked to me and allowed me to switch my mindset from self pity- to get up and do what you have to do. God made her extra special when he created a woman like that.

The office is clearly over booked. I called the office multiple times over the span of 2 days. Each time, I waited 15 min and then was disconnected and prompted to leave a voicemail. I wasn't able to contact anyone in the office until I physically went in and spoke to the receptionist who was overwhelmed with the amount of calls and patients to take care of.
